Leila George: For both of us, it's really nice because we catch both of the characters at  that kind of point in a young person's life where they are being woken up to the reality of the world and they have to kind of get forced out of the bubble,their childhood that they are living in and get thrown into the deep end and it's like'whoa'.

Interviewer: It is an awareness of priviledge in a way of saying there are people being oppressed on their behalf.

Robert Sheehan: Awareness of priviledge, yeah, scales falling from one's eyes, realising they've been kind of labouring under this propaganda, this story, their whole life's that Tractionism is the pinnacle of existence and it's the opposite of barbarism, but of course the opposing side believe excatly the same thing. So it's an interesting conflict going on in this because both sides believe that the other are totally barbaric, you know what I mean.

对特权的认知，是的，看清真相，意识到他们一直在政治宣传的熏陶下劳动，宣传内容就是牵引主义是生存的最高法则，是野蛮的对立面，但是当然敌对方也有同样的信念。所以这部电影中展开的冲突很有趣，因为双方都坚信对方完全是野蛮的。
